The fan impeller adopts a high-strength die-cast aluminum impeller with an airfoil shape. All blades are inspected by X-ray flaw detection and mechanical performance tests. The quality is reliable and has sufficient strength safety factor. The aerodynamic performance is excellent. The number of blades and blade angle can be changed to meet different needs.
DTF, DTF(R), SDS/SDS(R) series products are widely used in forced ventilation and smoke exhaust systems in subways, tunnels, and buildings.
Reversible switching: The fan rotation direction is divided into one-way and two-way reversible, and the switch can be completed within 30 seconds. + The impeller adopts high-efficiency, low-noise advanced airfoil, and the blade angle is statically adjustable.
The blades are connected with high-strength bolts, which is convenient for users to adjust the blade angle according to actual working conditions and easy to maintain.
The hub and blades are made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting (high-strength aluminum alloy forgings can also be used for harsh conditions), and they have reached G2.5 level through strict heat treatment process, X-ray flaw detection, and dynamic and static balance.
